Maine Radon & Environmental was contacted to provide radon remeadation services for this South Portland Maine home. The current clients had tested there radon gas levels which were around 26 pci/l No problem for MRE. We were able to lower results down to 1 pci/l. Another happy client.

Maine Radon & Environmental was hired to install a sub-membrane radon mitigation system in this complex house. This system installed included 10 mils clean space poly with wallie wall curtains fully sealed system. We installed 2 radon systems followed by a commercial Sanidry dehumidifier.

This client had a current radon system in his home installed several years ago. He contacted us to conduct a 2 years test. When this test was completed levels were 8.2pcil. This current system was not communication with the slab around the house. We gave this client a couple options on how to proceed. He went with our recommendation. We first conducted a communications test around the slab to determine how effective it would work. When core drilling we were able to hit the drainage tile and received great communication. A post test after our install put the radon level average at 0.3pcil !!
