Before:
This home in Gorham, Maine had an existing radon mitigation system that was no longer ideally located. The original setup needed to be removed and reconfigured to improve placement, safety, and appearance. The attic still had remnants of the old system, and one of the drainers was broken, requiring replacement.

After:
We successfully relocated the radon system using the existing stub-out, which allowed for an efficient and clean redesign. The new piping was routed to exit on the left-side gable end, installed near the hose bib and positioned approximately 10 feet from the propane tanks for proper clearance. The broken drainer was replaced, the old system components were fully removed, and the previous attic penetration was properly capped.

The finished installation blended well with the home’s exterior while improving functionality and compliance. Another system upgraded, another home protected, and another clean result in Gorham.
