Custom Radon Installation with Sump Sealing in Harpswell, ME

The mitigation system was installed on the right side of the home, utilizing the lower of the planned routing options shown during the design phase. One important part of the project involved properly sealing the existing sump hole, helping prevent radon gas intrusion and improving the effectiveness of the system overall.

Careful planning around the basement layout, joists, plumbing, and utility areas allowed the installation to be completed cleanly while maintaining strong system performance.

Now the home has a professionally installed radon mitigation system along with sealed sump protection designed to create a safer indoor environment and long-term peace of mind.
