For the water side, we installed an Airwell radon-in-water treatment system, helping remove radon before it enters the home's plumbing. At the homeowner's request, the Airwell wiring was left above ground to accommodate future preferences and site accessibility. Additional piping was installed to connect the system properly within the existing infrastructure.

For indoor air quality, we installed a sub-slab depressurization system featuring an RN2 radon fan along with a Blackout Package, providing a clean appearance and reliable performance. The extraction point was strategically located to avoid existing utilities, including a marked condensate line, while utilizing an existing pilot hole location to simplify installation.

Upon completion, both radon air and radon water test kits were left with the homeowner to verify system performance. Payment and project documentation were also completed.
