Radon Information Before & After Photos

When designing a radon mitigation system a site visit is extremely important so you can design the system to the house and customer needs. In this install the client was concerned about the look and wanted it as hidden as possible. In evaluating the property we were able to meet there expectations and more.

Another Nice clean install

Maine Radon & Environmental was contacted to provide radon remediation for this Cumberland Maine home. The radon gas levels were over 100 pci/l no problem we got this. After install we were able to get levels down to there lowest detectable levels. Another happy client. 

Before:
Melissa wanted a radon solution that would work within the layout of her basement, especially with key utilities already in place. The system needed to be carefully planned around the washer and dryer area, with the sump location near the house water main and electrical needing to run across the basement.

During:
We installed a sub-slab depressurization system, placing the system to vent near the washer and dryer while properly sealing and covering the sump lid near the water main. Electrical was run cleanly across the basement to ensure the system operated efficiently without disrupting the space.

After:
The system is now fully installed and operating as intended, with a clean layout that fits seamlessly into the basement setup. Most importantly, Melissa is happy with the final result and how everything came together.
