For this newly constructed home in Acton, ME, the absence of a basement didn’t eliminate the need for radon protection. Maine Radon and Water Treatment designed a system that fit the structure perfectly, running a 4-inch pipe from the interior to the exterior and up two stories. With power access located nearby, the RN-2 fan was installed efficiently, allowing the system to perform at its best.
