This Windham home had a passive radon system in place, but with radon levels reaching as high as 50–60 pCi/L, action was needed. Maine Radon and Water Treatment stepped in to activate the system by installing a premium RP-145 fan, reworking the existing PVC to fit, and connecting it to the available electrical setup.
