In Norway, ME, a recent mitigation project by Maine Radon and Water Treatment helped a local homeowner address elevated radon levels of 5.6 pCi/L. The team worked with existing system components to keep things efficient—routing the system through the garage and attic and using ABS piping for the roof vent. An RP-145 fan, clean PVC lines, and a fire-rated collar were all part of the install, finished off with a polished interior aesthetic.
