Radon Information Before & After Photos

Before:

Max M.’s home in Lyman, Maine had two continuous radon monitors running — one on the first floor and one on the second. Both monitors were consistently showing levels around 20 pCi/L, which raised serious concerns about long-term exposure.

After:

We installed a radon mitigation system tailored to the home’s layout, and the improvement was immediate. Follow-up readings showed the system performing exactly as intended, bringing levels down into an acceptable and safe range.

The final setup looked clean, operated smoothly, and delivered the results the homeowner needed. Another home protected and another successful radon reduction.

Todays install included a radon fan swap. When swapping out fans we noticed the reason why the previous fan failed. A nice mouse nest inside. We were able to install a premium radon for this client.
