Energy Recovery Ventilator Installation in Raymond, ME

A Raymond, Maine homeowner contacted Radon Maine & Water Treatment after a radon test revealed concerningly high levels of radon gas. To address the issue, we implemented a two-pronged approach:

• ERV System Installation: We installed an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system. This system is specifically designed to mitigate radon gas by drawing in fresh air and expelling stale air containing radon.
• Crack Sealing: We identified and sealed a crack that penetrated the foundation and extended through the roof, potentially allowing radon gas to enter the home. The crack location is noted as going through a closet on the first floor.
