This new build in Berwick, ME is now protected with a custom radon mitigation system by Maine Radon and Water Treatment. After identifying elevated levels, the team installed the system along the right side near the bump-out, carefully working around spray foam to ensure a safe seal. Crushed stone at the soil interface supports the RN-2 fan, and a Radoneye monitor was set with a delayed 72-hour test to confirm system performance.
